Soul Den Hot Yoga raised $1,220 for the 2019 G.W. Posey Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting the IGW Children’s Hope Foundation.

Summer of 2019 monthly “Yoga on the Patio” @ Durango Joe’s classes raised $3,500 for the San Juan Regional Medical Center ~ Cathy Lincoln Memorial Cancer Fund benefiting women in San Juan County battling cancer.

Kelley Broten – Heights Middle School, 7th Grade Math Teacher, was the winner of the Lift Each Other Up Foundation’s September 2019 ~ 50/50 Raffle Drawing!

Free Community Yoga Class at Aztec High School to help the community and first responders tap into positive energy.
