Staci Zweschper is the Owner of Soul Den Hot Yoga and Founder of the Lift Each Other Up Foundation.

Staci Zwechper

A United States Army Veteran and former Radio Advertising Sales and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for over 20 years, Staci attended her first Hot Yoga Class in August of 2010 in Albuquerque.  She suffered from anxiety and depression and could not believe how much better one hot yoga class made her feel mentally and physically. She knew she needed to incorporate this healing practice into her daily life and began to participate in classes several times a week for the next year and a half. The impact this made on her life mentally, physically and emotionally made her realize this was something she wanted to learn more about and share with as many people as possible.

Staci became a 200 Hour Registered Hot Yoga Trainer through the Yoga Alliance and Sacred Hot Yoga Method in December of 2012 and began teaching at Blissful Spirits Hot Yoga in Albuquerque & Rio Rancho, NM.

In September of 2014, Staci and her family relocated from Rio Rancho, NM to Farmington, NM. She soon discovered there were no Hot Yoga studios in Farmington and her husband transformed a front bedroom of their home into a studio for her to practice. She began holding small classes open to the public and realized there was a huge need for more hot yoga in the community.

In March of 2017, Staci received her Master Yoga Trainer Certification through the Sacred Hot Yoga Method allowing her to train others to become hot yoga instructors.  She has sense mentored, trained and inspired close to 20 instructors in the 4 Corners area. She soon built a studio in her own backyard and offers Hot Yoga classes, workshops and trainings to the community 6 days a week.

Staci’s classes focus on the emotional and energetic healing aspect of yoga and raising your vibration. When we raise our vibration we raise the vibration of those around us. This is how we create better relationships, families and community. She teaches mindfulness, meditation and movement and how to move negative energy and trauma from the physical body. Many say that there is no class like a class in the Soul Den. So, whether you’ve tried yoga or hot yoga in the past or not, we encourage you to “Experience the Soul Den” where we live by the motto “Lift Each Other Up.”

The practice of hot yoga literally changed and saved Staci’s life. She has made it her mission to share this healing practice with as many people as she possibly can.  This is what inspired her to begin the Lift Each Other Up 501(c)(3) Organization that serves the community and those in need with FREE Mindfulness, Meditation, and Movement Classes and continuing education on the healing aspects of hot yoga . It serves First Responders, Veterans, public schools, at risk adults and youth, recovery centers, women’s shelters, other 501(c)(3) organizations and those in need with education on stress reduction, managing negative energy, trauma healing and strengthening the body, mind, soul and spirit.
